Pomegranate Pistachio Crostini with Goat Cheese

Whip up these crunchy, creamy crostinis with a simple but delicious recipe featuring Treeline's Original Goat Cheese, pomegranate seeds, pistachios and thyme. Perfect for a holiday party!


  • 1 baguette
  • Treeline Dairy-Free Goat Cheese
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Agave
  • Fresh Thyme


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Slice baguette on a bias into ½ inch thick slices, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Brush both sides off the bread with oil and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until edges are crisp and golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and top with Treeline Dairy-Free Goat Cheese, pomegranate seeds, crushed pistachios, a drizzle of agave, and fresh thyme leaves.
