Refund policy

Upon receiving your package please open and inspect the products, insulation and ice packs.  Any perishable contents must be unpacked and refrigerated immediately!  DO NOT PLACE THE BOX IN A REFRIGERATOR as the insulation will prevent the contents from cooling down! If anything is wrong with your order, please take photos of the problem. Be sure to include all sell by dates and lot numbers (printed together on the outside of each cheese) - and send to us ASAP at info@treelinecheese.com so we can evaluate the issue and fix it!
