When I gave up dairy about twenty years ago, like a lot of new vegans, I really missed good cheese. I dreamed of a vegan cheese that would satisfy my tastes for fine French and Italian cheeses. But there was nothing on the market that came close to what I envisioned.

So I started Treeline.

I don't just love good cheese. I believe in self reliance and entrepreneurship. I also believe in authenticity and integrity. That's why Treeline doesn't just make great cheeses (and now sour cream and dips!), we make them in our own dedicated 100% dairy free facility that I personally oversee. Unlike a lot of larger "plant-based" cheese companies, we do not contract out our manufacturing to a facility that makes plant based cheese one day and dairy the next.

Treeline is owned by a me and a small group of committed investors - not a mega corporation, private equity or venture fund, and definitely not a dairy company. Our commitment to veganism, animal rights and great cheese is unwavering.
