Cheddar Aged Artisanal Cashew Cheese
It was grated and used on tacos and it was perfect! The flavor was great! You didn’t miss having regular cheese.
Best non cheese cheese!
Love Treeline artisan cheeses! They are delicious with excellent Ingredients!
Cheddar cheese
I love to just snack on it as it is really delicious. I wanted to make macaroni and cheese with it but couldn’t get it to melt; so I use the mozzarella which melted just fine and made a very satisfying and yummy mac & cheese.
A delicious cheese I definitely recommend.
It's my tastebuds, not your cheese!
I was excited to see Treeline offering cheddar cheese since I'm a fan of several of their products and a fan of cheddar. However, I forgot that back in the days when I ate dairy-based cheese, I never ate aged cheddar. I always ate mild cheddar. This cheese is too sour for me. I've eaten about half of the round, trying to find ways to disguise the sourness so I can finish it. The texture is good, though. If I liked aged cheddar, I would buy this cheese.
