Due to the high cost of shipping perishable goods – both financial and environmental – shipping individual cheeses is expensive and inefficient. We offer both single flavor packs and curated combination packs. Let us know if there is a combination you’d like and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes!
All cheeses are shipped in insulated packages with cold packs. Your cheeses should arrive cold. Once they have been delivered, they should be refrigerated immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for cheeses that are warm due to being left outside for long periods of time after delivery.
The cheeses will arrive with a minimum of 3 weeks of shelf life. Please consume within one week of sell by date, or opening, whichever is earlier.
Treeline is a fresh, perishable product. We do not ship late in the week to avoid any risk that your package will be delayed over the weekend.
When your package arrives, please remove the cheeses from the box and refrigerate them immediately.
Our shipping boxes are made of recycled and recyclable materials. Please reuse or recycle the box.
The foam insulation is biodegradable and can be reused, broken down with water, or composted.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to ship outside of the lower 48 of the United States. We plan to expand to Canada and outside of North America very soon! Check in with us for updates.

Our cheeses are perishable which means they need to be delivered within 2 days. Addresses that cannot be reached within 2 days using ground transportation will unfortunately be charged 2 day air fees based on Fedex rates. We are very sorry about this and hope to expand our shipping zones soon!
