If I didn't know otherwise, I wouldn't have ever guessed this wasn't dairy cheese. It's sooo good. The flavor, the texture. And there's nothing bad in this. Many non-dairy cheeses are made with oils. Not this one. I bought 2 more tubs of this yesterday at Whole Foods, on sale :) Definitely my new go-to "cheese"
