Bloomy Rind is handmade in the style and tradition of Camembert and Brie.  It has a subtle creamy texture, surrounded by a delicious live rind that lovers of French cheeses seek out. It pairs perfectly with figs, seeded crackers and a crisp white wine or pinot noir.

This cheese is best enjoyed cold, we do not recommend heating it.  Please note that this cheese is made with live molds and contains no artificial preservatives, so it should be eaten as soon as possible after opening to avoid mold growth.

Love it

I've been buying Treeline aged cashew cheese since it was first introduced. I recently purchased Bloomy Rind for the first time, and I love that it has natural whole ingredients but still tastes and feels like I remember Brie should taste. I am allergic to dairy and haven't had any diary in a good 35 years. Treeline takes care of my love of cheese , cashew cheese that is and keeps it healthy. I try to only put food in my body that will build up my body meaning keeping it healthy.

Delicious!

I'm a picky eater and the cheese was delicious! I'm not a big fan of the rind but I did try it and note that it tasted just like cow Brie cheese. To be fair, I'm not a fan of the cow Brie cheese rind either. If you are a fan of the cow Brie cheese rind, you will love it! I have been eating the cheese paired with fruit. I just received my second order.

Tasty blue cheese alternative

Growing up with a European family and all the French cheese anyone could ask for, it was hard to give up cheese when I became vegan. I have been looking for a blue cheese alternative that uses real cultures (not just spirulina to make it look blue like other products out there). This was a tasty option, good texture and consistency. Nothing can replace actual blue cheese, this cheese was not nearly as salty as blue cheese is, but this is a huge step in the right direction. Absolutely worth it, I would recommend.
