Bloomy Rind is handmade in the style and tradition of Camembert and Brie. It has a subtle creamy texture, surrounded by a delicious live rind that lovers of French cheeses seek out. It pairs perfectly with figs, seeded crackers and a crisp white wine or pinot noir.
This cheese is best enjoyed cold, we do not recommend heating it. Please note that this cheese is made with live molds and contains no artificial preservatives, so it should be eaten as soon as possible after opening to avoid mold growth.
