True Blue is a classic handmade blue cheese, made using real Penicillium Roqueforti molds (like most of the world's best-known blue cheese!), with no colorants or fake flavors. Enjoy it with dried and fresh fruit, walnuts, and sweet wines, port or sherry.
This cheese is best enjoyed cold, we do not recommend heating it. Please note that this cheese is made with live molds and contains no artificial preservatives, so it should be eaten as soon as possible after opening to avoid mold growth.
